AreaLength is an ArcMap tool that adds and populates an "Area" field to polygon files and/or
a "Length" field to polyline files. If either of these fields (Area or Length) exists,
AreaLength will update the existing value. This tool works on multiple layers of both polygon
and polyline types during a single process run. The AreaLength tool does not process layers
whose map units are Decimal Degrees.

To Install:
1. Unzip zip file. It contains three files, swAreaLength .dll, swAreaLength .reg, and
swAreaLength .changeToBat. Since .bat files are not allowed, change the file extension on the
swAreaLength .changeToBat file to swAreaLength .bat. Now just double click on the .bat
and the dll will be registered.

**Note: To manually register the dll;

1b. Now type "regsvr32 " and drag and drop the swAreaLength .dll into the text box you typed "regsvr32 ".
	1c. Click OK.
1d. Do the same thing again ""Start --> Run", and drag and drop the swAreaLength .reg file into the blank
	       text box. Click OK.

2. Start ArcMap, right mouse click on any toolbar and select "Customize..." from the menu.

3. Click the "Commands" tab.

4. From the "Categories:" list on the left, select the "swTools" category. The "Add Area/Length" Command should be
available on in the right hand list.

6. Drag "Add Area/Length" onto any tool bar.

7. Click the "Close" button on the Customize dialog. The tool is now ready to use.
